(Production, Logistics & Technology) is an initiative that seeks to leverage and increase B&L International current opportunities and capabilities, vertically integrating its common requirements to develop a sustainable system to support its operations, expand it to other customers, also open and establish new business around the globe.

B&L international is part of a group of companies with more than 50 years of experience in Real state development, food and beverage trading, logistics and aeronautical industry, also, is partner of major cruise ships companies to supply goods, several port developments, major hotel and entertainment developers and many more, that have provided the perfect scenario to establish a modern, sustainable and competitive network to support development and operations in a competitive way that benefits all the users of this network.

Captain Craig Baptiste

With over 23,000 flight hours across Boeing and Airbus fleets, Captain Craig Baptiste brings unmatched expertise in global air carrier operations. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and the U.S. Air Force Academy, he is a proven leader in high-stakes aviation environments. As a key figure in the MAJESTIC P.L.T. initiative, he ensures that all logistics and aeronautical components are executed with precision, safety, and global scalability.

Lt. Col.® Mauricio Zuleta
A seasoned aviator and R&D leader with 7,300+ flight hours, Mauricio has directed science and technology programs for the Colombian Air Force and Ministry of Defense. His unique blend of aeronautical command and supply chain insight ensures MAJESTIC P.L.T. delivers innovation with global adaptability.

Mr. Robert Asprilla
A community strategist and international marketing expert, Robert bridges grassroots engagement with global impact. As CEO of Global Passport Academy and co-founder of the Afro Interamerican Forum on Climate Change (with MIT), he champions sustainability, education, and inclusive development through cross-sector partnerships.

Captain Jonathan Earl Baptiste
A second-generation aviation and business leader, Jonathan is an airline captain with American Airlines and holds degrees in aeronautics and communications. Fluent in English and Spanish, he blends global business experience with creative strategy, continuing the Baptiste legacy across aviation, real estate, and international markets.

Mr. George Hazy

George is a senior aviation executive with over 30 years of experience leading major commercial and regional operations. He served as SVP of Customer Service for American Eagle, overseeing 1,600 daily flights across 180 stations, and led American Airlines’ largest international and cargo expansion in Miami. He directed multi-billion-dollar terminal projects in Miami and Los Angeles, and as President of Executive Airlines, doubled operations while achieving record profitability.

Mr. Ralph Ledee
Ralph Ledee is a Caribbean business leader and aviation entrepreneur with a legacy rooted in distribution, real estate, and travel retail. As principal of ILTT and founder of Rum Jumbie, he transformed a family-run liquor store into a $60M regional powerhouse, representing world-class brands across the Caribbean. With holdings spanning spirits, food, fuel, and hospitality, Ralph continues to drive dynamic ventures and philanthropic initiatives, building on a family legacy that dates back to 18th-century St. Barthélemy.

Mr. Noah Ledee
Noah is a commercial pilot and senior executive active in the family’s Caribbean real estate and distribution businesses. A graduate of Embry-Riddle with a degree in economics, he leads development projects in St. Maarten and St. Barths, and has expanded into aviation charter services and a U.S.-based organic food and beverage startup launching in 2025.

Mr. Todor Ivanov
Todor Ivanov is the Founder and CEO of Splendor Labs, leading the development of high-performance blockchain infrastructure for AI-native payments and machine commerce. He began his career at Saxo Bank, specializing in FX, commodities, and indices trading, and later managed multiple trading desks and market-making firms. With 20+ years in capital markets, he has driven innovations across fintech, blockchain, and AI. Todor also leads WhiteRock’s venture capital investment strategy.

Mr. Bill Folley
Bill is a veteran foodservice executive with over 40 years of leadership experience. A graduate of Long Island University’s C.W. Post College of Business Administration, he built his career at Sysco before joining Cheney Brothers, Inc. in 1997. Rising to President and COO, Bill guided the company’s growth from $75 million to $2.3 billion in sales, expanding distribution centers across the Southwest with a team of 3,000 employees. He also served on the Board of Directors at UniPro Foodservice from 2016 to 2020.
